Flu Shot In A Bottle

Connie Boucher’s Flu Shot In A Bottle

No more wondering if that shot at the pharmacy will really help or not. With confidence, I can care for myself & my family using doTERRA CPTG essential oils.

Fill a 1/3 oz. roller bottle or 15ml bottle with:

18 drops Lemon

14 drops OnGuard

14 drops Melaleuca

10 drops Oregano

Fractionated coconut oil

Roll on bottom of feet (enters the blood stream fastest)

Diffuse in the air (smells amazing)

Take internally in a veggie capsule (capsules are available at any health food or herbal store)

doTERRA Essential Oils work perfectly with the body to support normal functions of the body and dōTERRA products are safe to use on all ages.

  2. Thought we can not ingest the fractionated coconut oil?

    • I commented below. But just to make sure you see this, you only put fractionated coconut oil on the skin as it’s used to dilute the concentrated oils. The oils go in a vegetable capsule to take internally, of course without the coconut oil~

    • I use the roller ball with the EO’s and fractionated coconut oil strictly for use on the bottom of my feet. To take a capsule, I use 4 drops Oregano, 3 drops OnGuard, 3 drops Melaleuca, and 3 drops Lemon three times a day for about 4-5 days. Usually kicks it pretty quick.

  3. You only put the oils in a capsule…NOT the coconut oil. Lol, the coconut oil is used to dilute the oils if using on the skin~

  4. I had step throat, all I took was on guard for three days and inhaled peppermint and walla! it was gone

  5. Where do you get the roller bottle?

    • Oops, sorry, you don’t need to release the comment about the roller bottle, I now see your link above. thanks.

    • Best place I’ve found is http://www.aromatools.com

  6. When putting this in a roller bottle, how much fco would you add? Just fill up the rest of the roller bottle? (It’s only about a little less than half full with just the essential oils above. Thanks, I can’t wait to use this for my family this winter!!

    • Yes, just fill it to the top :)

  7. Can this be used on infants and young children?

    • Yes.. I would just dilute it by 10% with coconut or olive oil if taken internally.

  8. I made 3 roller balls of this and 1 turned out cloudy, did I do something wrong or is this normal?
